Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly, and we strive to be as flexible as possible with our clients. However, we also value the time and effort we put into our services, which is why we have implemented a cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, (or no-show) you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the service cost. We believe this policy is fair to both our clients and our team, as it allows us to better manage our time and resources.
